Romaine with Lemon-Dijon Dressing
serves 4
Ingredients
- 8 C Romaine, torn
- 1/4 C red onion, fine chop
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 t olive oil
- 1 cl garlic, minced
Instructions
- Whisk together the oil, lemon juice, and mustard. Mix in the garlic and season to taste.
- Toss with the Romaine and onion.
- Plate and serve chilled.
